I intuitively select crystals before each session for the ‘laying of the stones’, intentionally placed upon the body as tools of transformation. The subtle energies of crystals create a unified field of light throughout the spinal column and chakra system, cleansing and clearing energies and emotions that are not yours to hold from the cellular memory, protecting and illuminating the energy fields and meridians.
The alchemical transmissions of Crystal Tone’s singing bowls create a resonance of pure vibrations, gently transmuting stress and distraction into the healing colors of sound. Setting the space to welcome in the highest level of Divine Energy and Support.
During the session, gentle touch transmits Reiki Light to dissolve stress into the light of inner peace and relaxation, allowing all parts of you to deeply rest and restore the innate wisdom of the body.
Neural Regeneration strengthens or creates new pathways and formations, integrating the minds energy and information flow to uphold the beliefs, intentions, visions and values that honor your highest purpose and potential, grounded in true emotional intelligence.
I guide the combined alchemy of crystal, reiki, sound, and neural regeneration modalities to regulate the nervous system, balance meridians, and call forth your authentic expression.
I close the space with recalibrating Crystal Tones singing bowl and Zaphir chime sound alchemy. Guided vocal transmissions assist the process of integration, grounding you in the miracle of the moment, to sustain the healing pathways and move forward with clarity and trust.
Reiki
Reiki is a nurturing healing method for stress reduction and relaxation.
Gentle touch transmits healing lifeforce energies throughout the body, restoring balance to the meridians, energy fields, and nervous system. Resting in the awareness of peaceful presence.
Reiki works on a cellular level. Restructuring the neurons and cells to awaken the wisdom of the body’s innate ability to heal.
Crystal Healing
Crystal Healing is an ancient holistic healing modality for self-empowerment, transformation, and wellbeing on a mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual level.
Crystals are perfect geometric structures designed by nature and influenced by the cosmos with the intention to expand the sense of self, beyond illusionary limitations, opening realms of infinite possibility.

Neural Regeneration
I am a student of Dr. Dan Siegel, a world renowned psychiatrist, under the umbrella of the Mindsight Institute. My studies of Interpersonal Neurobiology inspired a spiritual approach to Dan’s work in my sessions.
I support the regeneration of neural pathways by way of intentional energy and information flow. Alchemical focused attention supports upholding one’s highest perceptions through cellular coherence and integration while balancing all systems of the body.

Chakra clearing, balancing, and alignment
Clearing, balancing, and aligning the chakra system restores overall wellbeing and equilibrium. The chakras flow in more sustained patterns and intentional pathways. Awakening healing energies, color, and sacred geometric symbols to replenish the vibrancy of the energy vortexes.
Discord throughout the chakra system can manifest on a mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual level. In clearing the energies that no longer serve, stagnant energies shift, awakening the inner pathway of light, creating a unified field of radiant lifeforce.
There are 7 main chakras, however, I work with the transpersonal chakras located outside of the physical body, from the Stellar Gateway to the Earth Star chakra for a more grounded and expansive healing experience.
Chromotherapy or Color Therapy
The rainbow spectrum of light resonates with the chakra system through color coordinating crystals to the body's energy vortexes as a method for awakening the inner pathway of light.
